JAMMU, Dec 17: Radisson Blu, Jammu - Elite Law Institute, a distinguished institution committed to excellence in legal education, is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its highly anticipated felicitation ceremony held on 17th Dec, 2023.
The ceremony was a momentous occasion, dedicated to recognizing and honoring the exceptional achievements of Elite Law Institute's outstanding students in various exams like Prosecuting Officer (2022-23), District Litigiation Officers and Civil Judge The event brought together legal professionals, esteemed faculty members, and the achievers for an evening of celebration and inspiration.
The institute had the honor of hosting distinguished Chief Guest, Sr Adv Sunil Sethi - Chief Spokesperson, BJP, J&K and esteemed Guests of Honor, Subash Gupta - Rtd District & Session Judge, Sr Adv U. K. Jalali - Former Advocate General, J&K, Parveen Sharma - Chairman, Citizen Cooperative Bank Ltd & Director S.R. The chief guest addressing the achievers said, as a Public Prosecutor, "You are the representative of the aspirations of the public" and "your role is of an impartial person, standing between the police and the defense". Also, mentioned that "We're following a negative criminal justice system, because the system is not concerned to know who has committed the crime, rather the courts wants to know the investigation conducted by the police is right or wrong, as per the mandate of Law"
