Jammu, Jan 27: Vishwa Bharati College of Education marked the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The celebration saw the presence of members from the management, administration, teaching, and non-teaching staff of both Vishwa Bharati College of Education and Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School. The event commenced with the unfurling of the tricolor by Dr. S.K. Koul, Secretary Vishwa Bharati J&K Units. He was accompanied by distinguished guests, including Sh. Yoginder Koul (Former IGP J&K Police), Sh. B.L. Saraf (Former Session Judge), Prof. Bharti Bhat (Principal Vishwa Bharati College of Education), and Prof. Annapurna Koul (Principal Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School Jammu). In her address, Prof. Bharti Bhat, the principal, provided a brief overview of the making of the constitution, highlighting its unique features. She emphasized the importance of educating students and the younger generation about the constitution, enabling them to understand how they should navigate life in the future. |
