MVD organises multiple activities at Sopore | | | Early Times Report
BARAMULLA, Feb 6: As part of the National Road Safety Month, the Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) Baramulla today organized a series of engaging activities to raise awareness about road safety among students and the general public. The activities, including a Painting Competition and an Essay Competition on Road Safety, were conducted at Sanctorium School Sopore. Regional Transport Officer Kashmir, Syed Shahnawaz Bhukhari graced the occasion as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, RTO Kashmir said that the ‘Road Safety Month’ is being organized every year to educate people about the road safety measures. These activities were organised to imbibe traffic sense and promote responsible road behavior from a young age. ARTO Baramulla, Muazzam Ali emphasized the role of education in cultivating safe driving habits and outlined various initiatives undertaken to reach a wider audience with road safety messages. |
