| Absconder evading his arrest since 1 year arrested by Police Station Bakshi Nagar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 6:
An information was received at PS Bakshi Nagar through reliable sources regarding an absconder who was evading his arrest since 1 year in case FIR No. 148/2023 U/S 307/341/147/148/120-B IPC of PS Bakshi Nagar.
On this special police teams of PS Bakshi Nagar led by SHO PS Bakshi Nagar did strenuous efforts and raided at the area and finally arrested the said person namely Harsh Kumar S/o Vicky Kumar R/o Rajpura, Shakti Nagar, Jammu.
It is pertinent to mention that a warrant of arrest u/s 299 CrPc was also issued against the said absconder.
Finally the said accused was produced in the court of Hon’ble court of Principal session judge Jammu. |
