| Jammu police recovers 44 bottles of illicit liquor | | |

Jammu, Mar 1: An information was received at PP Narwal regarding one bootlegger selling illicit liquor at Rajeev Nagar Narwal in the area under the jurisdiction of PP Narwal.
After this special police teams of PP Narwal led by I/C PP Narwal laid a special naka at Rajeev Nagar area and rounded up a suspected person who was coming from Narwal Chowk towards Rajeev nagar on a scooty bearing Registration No. JK02CE 8120. During search, 44 bottles of illicit liquor i.e 18 quaters Alcohol JK desi whiskey 180 ML, 12 quarter Alcohol 250 ML, 5 quaters English I B 180 ML, 2 quarters Alcohol English Royal Stag 180 ML and 07 bottles Beers got recovered from his possession.
In this regard, a Case FIR under relevant sections got registered at PS Bahu Fort and accused person got arrested. The accused person was later identified as :- Manoj Kumar S/O Shyo Chand R/O Rajeev nagar.
