Jammu, Mar 1: Although the J&K unit of the party has prepared panels of potential candidates for all the five Lok Sabha seats of the Union Territory, there are rumours in the political circle that the BJP is going field a serving bureaucrat on the newly carved Anantnag-Rajouri seat.
