Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 2: The second day of the three-day mega exhibition, 'Gatisheek Jammu and Kashmir', saw an illustrious lineup of guests, including former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa and DIG CRPF Rajesh Dhakerwal, who graced the event as guests of honor. With meticulous attention, the dignitaries toured each stall, engaging with officials and expressing appreciation for initiatives aimed at educating the masses about government policies and schemes. Randhawa lauded the organizers for hosting such an informative exhibition, particularly emphasizing the importance of engaging students in such endeavors. He underscored the pivotal role of students in promoting national integrity and brotherhood. Randhawa further suggested extending the duration of future exhibitions to 10 to 15 days, allowing students and other visitors to maximize their benefit from the event. The exhibition features participation from various government departments and institutions, including DRDO, NSIL, ICAR, ICMR, GSI, RBI, MOES, AMUL, BPCL, DARE, SLUSI, PPVFRA, KVIC, AIF, BIS, India Tourism, JNPA, and many others. The overarching goal of the exhibition is to provide an engaging platform for Jammu residents to interact with diverse government departments and gain insights into welfare schemes and policies. It aims to cater to attendees of all ages, including students, by offering valuable information on potential career paths and educational opportunities across various fields.
