| 3 Kgs of ganja recovered by Jammu Police | | |

Jammu, Mar 2: Continuing it’s drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 03 Kgs of ganja from one accused person in the jurisdiction of PP Narwal.
A police team of PP Narwal led by I/C PP Narwal while on patrolling duty at Mohalla Rajeev Nagar rounded up a suspect later identified as Suresh Kumar S/O Kundan Lal R/O Rajeev Nagar Narwal. On search, 03 Kgs of ganja was recovered from him.
In this regard a case FIR No. under relevant sections got registered in PS Bahu Fort and accused was arrested.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
Jammu police is working intensively to uproot the chains of drug supply in the region and thorough questioning of the accused is going on to know the origin of the drugs supply chain.
