Gupta lauded the remarkable progress witnessed under the visionary leadership of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, highlighting transformative initiatives in industrial development, infrastructure, and the establishment of prestigious institutions like IIT and AIIMS. Furthermore, Gupta urged proactive measures in promoting winter tourism in the Jammu region, emphasizing areas like Doda, Bhadarwah, and Kishtwar with ideal conditions for winter sports. He proposed organizing competitions and establishing ski resorts to leverage the region's untapped potential. Gupta also suggested hosting international-level summits in picturesque areas of Jammu Province to boost tourism and attract investments. He emphasized the importance of showcasing Jammu's rich cultural heritage and economic potential on an international platform. Acknowledging ongoing projects like the Artificial Lake on River Tawi, Gupta expressed optimism about the bright future of Jammu and Kashmir under Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha's leadership.
