| Doda police apprehend bovine smugglers | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Mar 9: In a statement issued by Doda Police it was told that a Police party of Police Station Gandoh was on patrolling duty in a general area of Chanti, Icchar, Dudwar etc and during patrolling it was learnt through reliable sources that some bovine smugglers have carried bovine animals from Icchair Dudwar area of Gandoh towards Kashmir via Bunecha Bhal Paddri for selling purpose. Soon after the receipt of the information, the police party laid a Naka at Dudwar and two bovine smugglers who were found carrying two bovine animals without any valid permission of the concerned authority, were apprehended by the Police party. In this connection case FIRs No. 10/2024 under relevant sections of law was registered in Police Station Gandoh and investigation of the cases started.
