Chairman JKBOSE visits annual regular exam centres | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 9: As the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) conducts the Annual Regular examinations 2024 across the Union Territory, catering to over three lakh candidates at 3133 designated centers, Chairman Prof. (Dr.) Parikshat Singh Manhas embarked on a surprise visit to examination centers to assess the ongoing arrangements. During his visit to examination centers at GHSS SRML, GHSS Jagti, and GHSS Nagrota, Prof. Manhas observed the proceedings firsthand, expressing his profound satisfaction with the meticulous arrangements in place. He underscored the critical role of supervisory staff in ensuring the comfort and well-being of examinees during the examination process. Additionally, Prof. Manhas visited GHSS Hari Singh, where a specialized examination center has been established for Children with Special Needs (CSWN). Recognizing the unique needs of CSWN candidates, he emphasized the importance of providing them with a supportive environment to facilitate their examination experience. Accompanied by key officials including Joint Secretary Exams Suraj Singh Rathore, Joint Secretary General Chaman Lal Sharma, and Dy. Secretary Exams Kuldeep Sharma, Prof. Manhas reaffirmed the Board's commitment to conducting examinations with the utmost integrity and support for all candidates, including those with special needs.
