Reasi, Mar 21: Continuing special drive against the bovine smuggler under Operation- Kamdhenu under supervision of SDPO Neeraj Badyal, Reasi police foiled bovine smuggling at Talwara. During checking at Talwara, rescued 02 bovines animal from a vehicle bearing Registration No. JK20A-1209 driving by Abdul Rashid S/O Abdul Rahim R/O Patta, Tehsil and District-Reasi. On this, Case FIR No 52/2024 U/S 188 IPC, 11 1(a) PC Act stands registered at P/S Reasi, vehicle seized and investigation initiated to unearth the forward and backward linkages. The whole operation is led by SHO Reasi Chaman Gorka Ms Mohita Sharma –IPS Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi while sharing the details conveyed that Reasi Police is working on multipronged strategy to deal with bovine smuggler and will leave no stone unturned to curb this menace from the society. |
