HPS celebrates kindergarten graduation day

JAMMU, Mar 29: "Graduation is an exciting time. It is both the completion and commencement. It is warm memories of the past and big dreams for the future." The most awaited UKG Graduation Ceremony was celebrated with great zeal and fun recently at Humanity Public School. The students of LKG welcomed the Principal, Vice-Principal along with the Incharges and Co-ordinators of different wings of the school with Tilak Ceremony. The programme was started by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest Pawan Bakshi (Ex. Ward Member Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana), Principal Gaurav Charak, Vice-Principal Anku Charak, Senior Incharge Akashdeep Raina, Incharge Pre-Primary Aparana Billowaria, Co-ordinator Shivani Sharma.
Shivani Sharma Co-ordinator of Pre-Primary wing presented the welcome address. Principal, Vice-Principal along with the Incharges of different wings welcomed and honoured the chief guest and gathering and inspired the kids.
Incharge of Pre-Primary Wing, Aparna Billowaria presented the Annual Report highlighting the progress of Pre-Primary wing and gave a brief description about the students, their achievements and future plans etc.
The tiny tots of LKG (Second Branch) presented a foot tapping welcome dance which made the function livelier. The most important part of the day Graduation Ceremony started with the smart tiny tots of UKG dressed in Graduation robes and caps walking on the stage.
The chief guest Pawan Bakshi (Ex. Ward Member Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana), huest of honour Satish Gupta Nagar Sangh Chalak Bari Brahmana,The Principal Gaurav Charak, Vice-Principal Anku Charak along with the Incharge and Co-ordinators Shivani Sharma felicitated the 88 students of Group-I,II, III and IV with certificate and trophies in convocation dress securing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Position academics. Children looked pretty in their Graduation robes and caps. The programme was followed by speech presented by Zaina and Ayush Barma of UKG class about the School. A group song was performed by the students of class 6th and 7th mesmerized the audience, under the guidance of Music teachers, Rajan Kumar and Kumar Abilash. Aashish and Kayna Bhagat of UKG-D recited their beautiful poems. The students of UKG showcased their talent through Modelling and Dance. The students of UKG performed a dance performance which left everybody spell bound under the guidance of dance teacher, Taruna Mehra.
The guest of honour Satish Gupta Nagar Sangh Chalak Bari Brahmana addressed the audience with his/her enlightening words. He was thrilled to see the talent of the tiny tots.
The Principal, Gaurav Charak, in his convocation address complimented the graduates on their achievements, he also congratulated the teachers of UKG, Shivani Chib, Arti Jasrotia, Kanchan Bala, Vishali Jamwal for their dedication and hardworking in shaping the students through Education and other Co-curricular activities. Later on, the position holders of UKG were honoured and distribution of prizes was carried out by the teacher Vidushi Ma'am.
The chief guest Pawan Bakshi (Ex. Ward Member Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana)shared his/her words of wisdom and appreciated the efforts of tiny tots and stated that the Graduation ceremony has a primary role to play as it not only incorporate entertainment but it is educative too.
The programme ended with the vote of thanks by the Teacher Seema Ma'am (KG Wing). The Presenters of the programme were Vishali Jamwal, Rashi and Neeti Sharma. The stage decoration was done by the teachers Manu, Shilpa, Vishali, Seema, Rashi and Davneet.
The whole function was carried out under the guidance of Vice-Principal, Anku Charak who always takes the initiative of introducing new things in school for the holistic development of HPS students.
It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for not only the little ones but also a proud moment for the parents and the mentors as they witnessed their children receiving their KG Graduation Day Diploma from the Principal. May God bless the tiny "Graduates" as they continue their education in the main stream of the school.
