Dr Andrabi applauds entrepreneurial innovation during visit to SIDCO units in Lassipora, Pulwama

SRINAGAR, Apr 12: In a testament to the evolving entrepreneurial landscape in Jammu and Kashmir, Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, embarked on a visit to several inspirational units at the SIDCO Complex in Lassipora and Pulwama. Accompanied by Social Activist and Politician Arsheed Bhat, Dr. Andrabi engaged with entrepreneurs, exploring their innovative ventures and discussing business goals and challenges.
At SIDCO Complex Lassipora, Dr. Andrabi interacted with entrepreneurs and their workforce, listening to their pioneering ideas and aspirations. Later, her visit extended to Pulwama, where she toured a Cold Chain Unit, an iron factory, and an Agro Unit. The entrepreneurs warmly welcomed Dr. Andrabi, demonstrating their commitment to innovation and progress.
Impressed by the ingenuity displayed by the unit holders, Dr. Andrabi highlighted the transition from a traditional agro-based society to a hub of innovation. She commended the youth for embracing new business formats and translating innovative thinking into tangible action. Dr. Andrabi emphasized the role of the government in facilitating youth entrepreneurship while acknowledging the need for further support to foster an industry-friendly environment.
