The Trustee of the School, Nandan Kuthiala shared that the School's thrust on technology lies in the centre of the School's progressive vision, and students are given opportunities to explore and experiment. Arati Kuthiala, Director, complimented the students on their excellent performance in the Competition. Girish Kumar, Principal further shared that Icarus'24 provided the students a holistic platform not only to experiment with the scientific technology, but also to budget, seek sponsorships, design the merchandise and pitch their products. This project from 'manufacturing to manoeuvring' gave the students an exposure in chip-level designing, and coding their drones. The incorporation of drones into the curriculum has been a major step forward in equipping our future scientists and preparing them for the massive scope of modern technology in facilitating the future complexities of life. The Overall Winners of the Icarus'24: The Drone War was: Team Udaan whereas the Event-wise winners were: Team Aeolus in the Event Knockout Race, Team Pawanputra in the Event Team Identity, and Team Ajax in the Event Pit Display, Team Matrix in Project Management whereas Team Aeroflight got the verbal mention of appreciation.
