SRINAGAR, May 10: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has announced that the Main Wing and Srinagar Wing of the High Court will observe a holiday on 13th May 2024 (Monday) due to the General Election for the Lok Sabha in the Srinagar parliamentary constituency, provided that the election is not postponed.
However, the Jammu Wing of the High Court will remain operational on this day.
“It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned that 13th May, 2024 (Monday), shall be observed as holiday, unless election is postponed, in the High Court Main Wing and Srinagar Wing of the High Court, on account of General Election to Lok Sabha, 2024 for Srinagar parliamentary constituency,” reads a notification by Registrar General Shahzad Azeem. However, Jammu Wing of the High Court shall continue to function on May 13, the notification added. |
