Jammu, May 31: Amid reports that Congress is trying to involve Mehbooba Mufti in a proposed grand alliance in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the National Conference president and former Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah has extended an olive branch to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief. Dr. Farooq Abdullah came in support of Mehbooba Mufti after the local administration booked the PDP chief for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct. “Mehbooba Mufti has not violated the Model Code of Conduct.
