Jammu, June 5: Yoga is a way of life and if we incorporate yoga in our life slowly and make an integral part of our life, we would be in a peaceful state in our everyday life. In order to take decisions without getting clouded by our emotions. Under the able guidance of Mr Rahul Kohli, Former Branch President, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Trikuta Nagar, has arranged a Five days yoga camp for inhabitants of Trikutanagar and adjoining area with special focus on students, it would think and act with complete attention, focus and awareness. It was inaugurated at Shiv Mandir Trikutanagar, Sector 3 by lighting the traditional lamp followed with Vedic prayer by the shikshaks of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, S/Sh Ravindra Kumar, President Bahu district and Shakti Kumar District Secretary. Some yogasans and Pranayam were practiced. Dr Shreyansh Kumar Jain, State yoga Commissioner, state chairman Indian yoga Association and President Vichar Kranti Manch International was special Invitee on the occasion, he in his address, said that Stress is a Buzzword of the modern world. Stress has become an acceptable way of life today, which is surely not at all good for our physical and mental health. Yoga seeks to replace this stress with calmness and peace. That is the importance of yoga. Yoga opens up the blockages at your mind, body, breath, and emotions level and takes us to a much higher plane of living. The Yogic way of life ensures that every situation is not viewed as stress and the body is not always in the flight or fight mode. Yoga paves the way for rejuvenation, rest, and growth of our body. |
