JAMMU, June 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Registrar Cooperatives Mohammad Shafiq Chak to inquire into various allegations leveled against Additional Managing Director (AMD) of the Jammu and Kashmir State Cooperative Bank Limited, Srinagar.
