The DDC emphasized the importance of these initiatives in fostering youth empowerment and entrepreneurship within the district. Specific directions were issued to streamline the application process and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
The DDC also urged the committee members to identify and address any bottlenecks that could hinder the implementation of the schemes.
Additionally, the DDC directed that a comprehensive monitoring mechanism be established to track the progress of approved cases, ensuring transparency and accountability in the utilization of the schemes’ resources.
The DDC also highlighted the need to create awareness among the youth about these opportunities and encourage them to take full advantage of the available support.
The DDC directed that no application received from beneficiaries should be rejected unless for critical issues. The DDC also urged the committee to receive more applications to enhance the benefits ratio among the youth.
The DDC further asked the stakeholders to resolve any issues or hindrances to avoid delays in providing the benefits. During the meeting, the DDC also directed the stakeholders to ensure that around five success stories of government-sponsored schemes should be documented.
The DDC also urged the stakeholders to provide a list of the best employers across the district.
The meeting concluded with a unanimous agreement to expedite the processing of applications and enhance inter-departmental coordination to achieve the objectives of the Mission Youth Schemes effectively.
