JAMMU, June 27: Cyber cell DPO Jammu, a dedicated unit to deal with cases of online frauds and cyber crime, has successfully recovered one mobile handset and hard earned money. Cyber cell DPO Jammu received two complaints in which both the complainants lost their hard earned money by sending money wrongly in bank accounts of other persons. During the investigation, the Cyber Cell DPO Jammu, acted swiftly and exhibited hectic efforts which ultimately led to recovery of Rs.64,000/. The cyber cell also recovered one lost mobile handset through portal CEIR and the cyber cell team handed over the mobile handset to its owner.Further investigation is underway. District Police Jammu, equipped with advanced technology and skilled personnel, remains at the forefront in the fight against cybercriminals. |
