Jammu, July 7: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, through its branch at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Gurah Brahmana Bantalab, Jammu, organized a highly successful free medical check-up camp on July 7, 2024. This initiative aimed to serve the local community with active participation from various healthcare professionals and dedicated volunteers from Sewadal. The camp featured free health check-ups and the distribution of medicines, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to improving community health and well-being. Volunteer services were provided by Dr. Diksha Bavoria (MBBS), with diagnostic services from SRL Diagnostics (Agilus Lab) and Rajiv Medicose under the guidance of pharmacist Rajiv Sharma. Raman Kohli, a distinguished dietitian, offered dietary consultations, while lab services were efficiently managed by Krishma Bhandari and Roshan Lal. A notable addition to the camp was Ashish Dutta, who served as a cancer patient navigator and counselor from Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Charitable Hospital, Jammu. The event was made possible by the enthusiastic participation of the Sant Nirankari Sewadal team, led by Sh. Shubham Ji (Sanchalak) and Anit Dutta (Shikshak), along with numerous dedicated Sewadal members who selflessly contributed their time and effort. Mukhi Mahatma Satish Sharma Ji, along with other Prabandak, extended their heartfelt gratitude to all participants, recognizing their invaluable contribution towards making the event a resounding success. |
