SRINAGAR, July 17: Union Minister for Parliamentary affairs and Minority affairs Kiren Rijiju on Wednesday visited the Baltal base camp and took stock of the arrangements for the on-going Amarnath Yatra in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, officials said.
