RAJOURI, July 21: The event aimed at spreading awareness about planting trees, preserving forested areas and to protect natural wildlife habitat. The local youth who are the future of the community and the nation, were especially involved in the event to make them connect with their surroundings and become long term stake holders in its preservation. The participants expressed gratitude to the Indian Army and resolved to carry the message of a forestation to their respective communities, while continuously striving to maintain the region clean and green. |
