JAMMU, Aug 3: In a breakthrough, Jammu Police have arrested Mohd Akram S/o. Ghulam Rubani from Morh Udhampur, who had been evading arrest for the past 16 years. Akram was involved in case FIR No. 112/2008 under Section 379 IPC. The relentless efforts of the police led to Akram's capture and the execution of a warrant under Section 512.
