Jammu, Sept 21 : India has emerged as a beacon of progress globally under the visionary leadership of PM Narendra Modi, and the union territory of J&K has a model of good governance. He said that the ten-year rule of Narendra Modi has written new chapters of development and welfare, which has turned opposition parties speechless.
