Kathua, Oct 20: A gangster Arun Choudhary, alias Abbu Jatt, currently imprisoned in Kathua Jail on multiple charges, including murder and violations of the Arms Act, went live on Instagram from within the jail. During the live session, Abbu Jatt leveled allegations of corruption, claiming to have paid Rs 2 lakh to officials in exchange for illegal privileges inside the jail. In his live broadcast, Abbu Jatt alleged that the payment was transferred into the account of the officials. He claimed that, in return for the money, he was provided with a mobile phone and headphones,. Abbu Jatt also admitted his involvement in the firing incident at Miran Sahib, taking responsibility for the attack. Soon after the video surfaced the gangster was shifted to another prison. Pertinently, Choudhary a native of Khour Deonian vi Abbu Jatt admitted his involvement in the firing incident at Miran Sahib. Cognizance has been taken . Inquiry is on to ascertain when the video was shot and shared on social media. There have been several attempts in the past to throw mobile phones inside from adjoining areas, but all these attempts were scuttled. Kumar said there have been several attempts in the past to throw mobile phones inside from adjoining areas, but all these attempts were scuttled by the police.
