Jammu, Nov 4: After facing worst-ever debacle since its formation in 1999, the Peoples’ Democratic Party is all out to vociferously rake up the issue of the restoration of Article 370 to retrieve its lost ground in the Valley. Insiders in the party said that the PDP leadership has directed its three MLAs in the Legislative Assembly to seize every opportunity to rake up the issue of Article 370 as people of Kashmir Valley in particular and Jammu and Kashmir in general are emotionally attach with this issue. “By repeatedly raising this issue inside and outside the Legislative Assembly, the party is trying to corner the ruling National Conference on the one hand and give a message to the people of Kashmir Valley on the other hand”, a senior PDP leader told The Early Times.
