JAMMU, Nov 19: Jammu Police, as part of its ongoing drive against absconders, successfully apprehended an individual evading arrest since 2020 in connection with FIR No. 176/20 under Section 379 IPC.
A police team from Bishnah Police Station, led by the SHO and supervised by SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Headquarters, arrested Deepak Kumar, son of Yash Pal, a resident of Tanda, Tehsil R.S. Pura, District Jammu.
The accused, who had been on the run since committing the crime, will be presented in court, and the arrest warrant under Section 299 BNSS issued against him will now be executed. |
