SAMBA, Dec 6: In a significant achievement, Jammu and Kashmir Police have apprehended Maskeen Ali, an absconder evading arrest since 2013. He was wanted in connection with FIR No. 253/2013 U/S 457/380 RPC registered at Police Station Samba.
A team from Samba Police Station, led by SHO PS Samba, successfully located and arrested the accused, a resident of Mahmoodpur, Bishnah. Ali is a habitual offender with multiple cases registered against him at Samba, Gandhi Nagar, and Bishnah Police Stations.
Following his arrest, the accused was produced before the court, and the warrant under Section 512 CrPC issued against him was executed.
