Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 6: In a significant breakthrough, the Government Railway Police (GRP) Jammu apprehended Sudham Hussain, also known as Satam Hussain, in Punjab. The accused, son of Rehmat Ali and a resident of Dhadda, Jalandhar (Punjab), was wanted in connection with a case registered under FIR No. 9/2024 at GRP Kathua Police Station. The charges against him include Sections 70(2), 127(3), and 137(2) of the BNS Act, as well as Section 4 of the POSCO Act. This arrest is part of GRP Jammu's ongoing drive against absconders and wanted criminals. The accused has been taken into custody, and further investigations are underway. |
