JAMMU, Dec 20: Dr. Jivesh Bansal from Panjab University, Chandigarh delivered an enlightening lecture on the "RFID Technology in Libraries." The lecture was held in Department of Lib and Inf Sc. Emphasizing the pivotal role of RFID technologies in the Library, Dr. Jivesh highlighted the implementation of RFID Technology in the Panjab University library.
In addition, how their library has evolved through various phases, adapting to technological advancements and societal changes. Dr. Jivesh made students aware of the functions and functionality of RFID Technology and how this technology is improving the efficiency of library professionals with library operations.
Prof. Sangita Gupta Head and Dean expressed her appreciation for Dr. Jivesh's insightful presentation, noting its relevance in understanding the RFID technology in libraries.
