Tony commits for robust development in infrastructure & tourism

SUCHETGARH, Dec 20: Senior Congress leader and DDC Suchetgarh, Taranjit Singh Tony reaffirmed his commitment to transforming Suchetgarh into a model constituency through holistic development.
While interacting with people here today, Tony highlighted several key achievements and upcoming initiatives aimed at improving the region's infrastructure, tourism, and public amenities. He said the completion of a state-of-the-art road connecting RS Pura to Suchetgarh, which has significantly enhanced connectivity and facilitated tourism in the area. "This milestone has already led to a surge in foreign tourism, and we are determined to build upon this success," he said.
Tony also revealed plans to introduce additional EV buses to bolster eco-friendly transportation options and announced the upcoming inauguration of a pre-nursery modern schools in the border villages. This facility will cater to the educational and childcare needs of the younger generation.
He also promised to work for promoting border tourism and home stays at the zero line border villages.
In a major boost to tourism, Tony asserted that the commencement of a parade at the Suchetgarh border will not only promoting the rich cultural heritage of our region but also attracting visitors, creating new opportunities for the local community," he stated.
Highlighting other achievements, Tony mentioned the completion of a vital bridge and significant improvements in road infrastructure, which have enhanced accessibility and benefited residents across Suchetgarh. "By the end of this year, Suchetgarh will stand as a model constituency, showcasing comprehensive development," he assured.
Local residents have praised Tony's relentless efforts and visionary leadership. Many expressed gratitude for his hands-on involvement in addressing their concerns and spearheading transformative initiatives.
"Development is about more than infrastructure; it’s about improving lives and creating opportunities. I am committed to ensuring that Suchetgarh becomes a beacon of progress and prosperity," Tony affirmed.
