REASI, Jan 2: As part of Operation Sadbhavana, the Indian Army has started an Electrician Cadre in the village of Chassana in Reasi district. This skill-development program is aimed at equipping local youth with essential vocational skills, enhancing their employability, and fostering self-reliance.
