JAMMU, Jan 2: After rigorous trials and screening by J&K Sports Council officials Mr. Suraj Bhan Singh (Manager, Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium Jammu), Dr. Gagandeep Singh, and Mr. Sunil Sharma (Hony Gen. Secy, Archery Association of Jammu and Kashmir), a 16-member archery team has been finalized to represent the region at the Sub-Junior National Archery Championship in Rajasthan from January 3 to 10, 2025.
The selected players are Paramjot Singh, Layak Dhar, Sam, Jaivardhan Singh, Pranav Singh, Aarush Sharma, Aniket Sharma, Anshul Singh, Ashank Jandyal, Shambhavi, Manikanika Sharma, Mehroom Kossar, Sonja Mottan, Manya Sharma, Feriha, and Soniya Chambyal. The team will be led by Coach Mr. Anant.
The association and officials extended their best wishes to the team, expressing hope for an impressive performance at the nationals.
