Jammu Railway Division create myriad job opportunities, boost rail connectivity: MLA Arvind

JAMMU, Jan 4: Arvind Gupta, senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West Constituency on Saturday hailed the establishment of a new railway division in Jammu as a major development that will transform the region and serve as a significant game changer for its people. This milestone comes as the Central Government gears up to establish the division alongside the direct train service from Delhi to Kashmir, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi set to virtually inaugurate the office of the Divisional Railway on January 6. The BJP leader emphasized that the new railway division would not only improve connectivity but also create numerous employment opportunities, driving economic growth and prosperity for Jammu.
Giving all credit to PM Narendra Modi for bringing this momentous Division to Jammu region, the BJP legislator anticipated that the move will change the development landscape of the region. "This initiative will provide a much-needed boost to Jammu's infrastructure, enhance rail connectivity, and importantly, generate a large number of jobs, benefiting the youth and the local population", he maintained while expressing gratitude to PM Modi for his unwavering focus on the development of the Jammu region. He credited the PM's vision and leadership for bringing this transformative project to fruition, which will positively impact the region's economy and improve the quality of life for its residents.
"PM Modi's commitment to Jammu and Kashmir's growth has been exemplary. His focus on infrastructure development, including the establishment of the new railway division, reflects his vision for a stronger and more prosperous Jammu region", he said and added that the new railway division is expected to enhance the efficiency of the railway network in Jammu, facilitating faster transportation of goods and passengers. "It will also foster industrial growth, improve tourism, and provide a significant boost to the local economy", he said while adding that PM Modi's affinity towards J&K has made the life of people more meaningful and stress free as being the dynamic PM he has removed all the factors which were earlier bringing misery into their lives including the terrorism.
Meanwhile, the MLA Jammu West has also addressed a meeting to discuss various development issues of his constituency. Those present in the meeting include JEE JMC Ravi Sharma, AEE UEED Arun Kumar Gupta, Karan Sharma and Kushant Daffara.
The MLA emphasized the importance of a collaborative approach to ensure effective solutions and timely execution of development initiatives to meet the aspirations of the residents.
