Bovine smuggling attempt foiled 1/7/2025 9:47:51 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Jan 7: Udhampur Police have rescued 18 Bovines in the jurisdiction of PS Udhampur. Team of Police Station Udhampur led by its SHO have foiled one bovine smuggling bid in which 18 bovines were rescued from the vehicle bearing regd. No. JK02CL-1144 which was on its way towards Kashmir valley without any valid permission. Driver of the vehicle fled away from the spot after leaving the truck on road. All the bovines were rescued and have been shifted to a safer place. In this regards, a case FIR No. 11/2025 under relevant sections of law stand registered at Police Station Udhampur.
