This system automatically opens rotary valves at regular intervals to collect dust particles and other particulate matter in the collection bag and release clean air into the atmosphere through an exhaust opening. Agriculture Research Engineer, Er. Vinay Kumar Bhardwaj explained that the pulse jet bag filter, which has a processing capacity of 5.0 TPH was specially designed and fabricated to meet the requirements of the Jammu seed processing plant and procured under the CAPEX Budget, following all necessary formalities. The installation of this equipment is a crucial step in mitigating the environmental hazards caused by dust pollution in and around the Seed Processing Complex, Department of Agriculture, Jammu. The advanced filtration system is expected to significantly reduce dust pollution, improve the working environment, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. |
