Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 10: The 19th KPL Cricket Tournament, organized by Orzu Sports, Cultural & Educational Trust, successfully concluded on January 9, 2025. The three-day event, held from January 7 to January 9, featured 12 teams of under-14 boys and girls and three women's teams, attracting a large audience from Jagti and nearby areas. The tournament was inaugurated by Shri Yudhvir Sethi, Senior BJP Leader and MLA, alongside Senior KP Leader M.K. Yogi. The grand concluding ceremony was graced by Dr. Arvind Karwani, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner J&K, as the Chief Guest. Prominent KP leaders and social activists M.K. Yogi, Vinod Pandita, and Abhay Bakaya were Guests of Honour. Dr. Karwani commended the trust for fostering youth talent through sports and assured continued support. He distributed prizes, trophies, and mementos to the winners, runners-up, and participants, highlighting the importance of sports in youth development. M.K. Yogi and other dignitaries praised the Trust's decade-long efforts to promote extracurricular activities and unlock career opportunities for young players.
