SHIMLA, Jan 10: SJVN is proud to announce that it has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work® by Great Place To Work® India. The certification is for the year 2025-26. The organization was previously certified for a year on 12th January 2024. Congratulating the employees on this remarkable achievement, Sh. It also highlights collective efforts of Team SJVN to create a culture of trust, excellence and growth." Great Place To Work® certification was awarded following an extensive evaluation of employee feedback and workplace practices. A remarkable 96% of SJVN employees participated in Trust Index Survey, rating the organization highly on key parameters such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The survey allowed SJVN to analyse and understand experiences of its workforce comprehensively.
