JAMMU, Jan 11: The Reffa Boules India Federation organized an engaging raffa boules sports camp at R.M Public School Jammu bringing excitement and joy to students and staff alike. The camp aimed to promote the unique sport of boules, a ball game that combines strategy and precision. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the school management, teachers, and students, who embraced the opportunity to try their hand at this lesser-known yet thrilling sport.
A highlight of the event was Director of School Rakshan Mangi , who actively participated in the game, showcasing remarkable interest and skill. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Harvinder Kaur Vice Principal thanked Sunny Nanda, the General Secretary of the Reffa Boules Ind. Federation, for organizing the camp. She expressed her enthusiasm for the sport and stated, "We are inspired by this initiative and will soon start incorporating this wonderful sport into our school's activities."
The management of RMPS expressed gratitude for the initiative, highlighting how such events contribute to students' overall development. "Sports like boules not only foster physical fitness but also teach teamwork and focus," said a school official.
