JAMMU, Jan 11: Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, the Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board and a prominent political figure, was presented with the Certificate of Honour by the Global Book of Excellence Records today. This recognition acknowledges her exemplary leadership and significant contributions in transforming the J&K Waqf Board over the past two and a half years.
Under her leadership, the Waqf Board has seen major strides in transparency, accountability, and public engagement. Dr. Andrabi has played a pivotal role in initiating numerous development projects, including the construction of Jamia Masjids, shopping complexes, guest houses, and other key infrastructural developments.
A communique from the Global Book of Excellence Records highlighted Dr. Andrabi's dedication to promoting the welfare of the people, particularly in education, healthcare, and social development.
