SAMBA, Jan 21: Samba Police has successfully seized three vehicles involved in the illegal transportation and mining of construction material. The vehicles, which included a dumper (registration No. JK21G-0026) and two unregistered tractor trolleys, were caught in the jurisdiction of Police Stations Samba and Vijaypur.
Police teams, led by SHO Vijaypur and Incharge Mansar Police Post, were conducting regular patrols when they identified the vehicles being used for illegal mining activities.
The seized vehicles have been handed over to the Geology & Mining Department, Samba, for further legal action. |
