REASI, Jan 30: Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), J&K UT, Khursheed Ahmad Shah, JKAS, conducted a comprehensive review of JJM works in District Reasi. During the meeting, the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Reasi, provided updates on the progress of the mission, highlighting that 69 out of 121 schemes have been completed so far.
Emphasizing timely execution and quality assurance, the Mission Director directed officials to accelerate pending works and ensure 100% "Har Ghar Jal" certification for covered villages. He urged all stakeholders to work efficiently to meet the set targets.
The review meeting was attended by Bodhraj Bhagat, Superintending Engineer (PHE Mech.), Sunil Khoul, Vijay Arora (Consultants), Executive Engineer PHE Division Reasi & MID Dharmari, Executive Engineer JPDCL Division Reasi, AEEs, AEs, JEs, and officials from Forest and PMGSY departments.
Following the meeting, the Mission Director inspected multiple water supply schemes across the district, ensuring the seamless execution of the Jal Jeevan Mission in Reasi. |
