JAMMU, Feb 4: Police Station Bishnah successfully solved one kidnapping case, rescuing the victim.
The case was reported on January 19, 2025, when a lady from Jammu, lodged a complaint at Police Station Bishnah. She alleged that her minor daughter has been kidnapped & her age is 16/17-years.
Acting on the complaint, police registered FIR No. 08.2025 under Section 137(2) BNS and launched an investigation.
Following these complaints, special police team from Police Station Bishnah were constituted to trace the kidnapping girl. With extensive efforts and technical assistance, the police successfully recovered victim from Doda.
After completing the necessary legal formalities, the rescued victim was reunited with her family. Further investigations into the cases is ongoing. |
