Jammu, Feb 4: By raising contentious issues the National Conference Lok Sabha member Aga Ruhullah Mehdi has put his party in a difficult situation. After taking stand on issues like existing reservation rules, restoration of statehood and Art 370, Mehdi sparked a fresh debate by demanding the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's pre-1953 position.
