Early Times Report VIJAYPUR, Mar 3: Today on 03.03.2025, (04) weeks "Basic Course for SPOs concluded at Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur which was conducted for the first time at the Institute as per the directions of PHQ J&K in which (480) SPOs of various districts of Jammu Province i.e Jammu, Kathua, Samba, Rajouri, Poonch, Udhampur, Reasi, Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban participated. On this occasion a Valedictory function was organized at the Institute which was graced by Shri Dushyant Sharma-SSP, Principal PTTI Vijaypur who while speaking on the occasion congratulated the trainees for successful completion of their training course and stressed upon them to work with more zeal and dedication to make the force more effective and people friendly. He told that the objective of the course was to hone the skills of SPOs and expose them to the physical training, drill (with and without arms), weapon handling and other routine outdoor/Indoor activities as per the prescribed syllabus which would have add substantial value to their existing knowledge and skill base and will definitely help these SPOs in performing their field duties more effectively. He further told that special lectures were delivered to SPOs on different topics by the Indoor staff of PTTI and the special guests invited on many occasions during their routine indoor classes to facilitate them with effective learning/knowledge. Principal PTTI Vijaypur also applauded staff of the Institute for their dedication in imparting excellent and effective basic training to the trainees in a short period of just one month and also praised the SPOs for showing their dedication, devotion and discipline in acquiring the said training. Among others, Shri Raj Kumar-SrPO, Shri Asif Iqbal-SrPO, Shri Davinder Gupta-DySP(Tech), Shri Khushwant Singh DySP(Admn), Shri Bhagwan Dass-DySP(Outdoor), Shri Surrinder Paul Singh-DySP(R&D), Inspr. Anil Kumar-CDI, Inspr. Javeed Hussain-RI, SI Sulinder Singh-SM, SI Shakeel Singh-LO were present during valedictory function. |
