NEW DELHI, Mar 10: A team from the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP), Jammu Division, actively participated in the 14th National Conference of the Indian Association of Epidemiologists (IAE), held in New Delhi from March 7-8, 2025. The prestigious event, organized in collaboration with the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), focused on the theme "Epidemiology in Public Health for Viksit Bharat 2047."
Under the guidance of Mr. Nazim Zai Khan (IAS), Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), J&K, and Dr. Rakesh Magotra, Director Health Services Jammu, with the support of Dr. Harjeet Rai, State Surveillance Officer, IDSP Jammu Division, the following epidemiologists from Jammu Division represented the region at the conference:
