KATRA, Mar 11: Govt. Degree College (GDC) Kakryal, Katra, organized a group discussion on the eve of International Women's Day to reflect on gender equality, achievements, and challenges faced by women. The event aimed to raise awareness about issues related to education, healthcare, and professional growth. The session saw active participation from staff members and Semester II students, with discussions revolving around women's empowerment and the significance of celebrating International Women's Day. Principal Dr. Rajni Bhagat addressed the gathering, emphasizing that women's empowerment is a societal responsibility and requires contributions from both men and women to create an equal world.
