Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 29: Tawi Welfare Society (TWS) today inaugurated a newly constructed 200-meter-long Walking Path at Apnavan Sure Chak, providing a dedicated space for morning and evening walkers, especially the elderly. The path, surrounded by lush greenery, aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among residents. The inauguration was formally done by Mrs. Geetu Aulakh, District Development Council Member, in the presence of Ma'am Kirandeep Kour, Block Development Officer, Block Mandal Phallain. Other prominent attendees included Sh. Sanjay Rana, Managing Director of Shivalaya Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., and Choudhary Jagar Singh, a renowned businessman, among others. On this occasion, Tawi Welfare Society also organized a Relief Distribution Camp, where 60 bed kits (including a mattress, bedsheet, and pillow) were distributed to needy families. The society extended gratitude to the Rural Development Department for funding support and appreciated the cooperation of its officials in completing the project. Special thanks were also conveyed to Sh. Sanjay Rana and other contributors for their valuable assistance.
